These terms govern your use of Eruption Cycle, a free, offline, single-player game for iOS. By downloading or playing it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Eruption Cycle for personal, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. You may not rent, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app.
Magma, crystals, conduits, catalysts, research, and minerals exist only inside the game. They are earned entirely through play, have no real-world or monetary value, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money or anything of value.
These items are part of your local progress and may be changed, reset, or lost — for example when you trigger a cataclysm, choose "Reset Progress," or delete the app. Eruption Cycle contains no real-money purchases of any kind.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, modify, or cheat the app, and not to use it in any way that disrupts or interferes with its normal operation. The game is for personal use only.
Eruption Cycle, including its name, artwork, audio, design, and code, is the property of its developer and is protected by applicable law. This license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
The game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Eruption Cycle is a family-friendly casual game suitable for a general audience. It has no accounts, no advertising, and no real-money purchases.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date, and continued use of the app means you accept the latest version.
